Family Resilience Speaker Series
When I start working with families, I often find that they are just trying to get by. Things aren’t going well at school, at home, or everywhere, and they feel desperate. They’re in survival mode.
They need help, strategies, and ideas to get through those tough moments of big feelings and meltdowns. We work through them together.
My favorite part of the work happens when we shift out of survival mode into thriving mode. Kids and teens have some skills, and they, as a family, have built resilience.
In this Summit, I want to share strategies for helping your family survive those tough times and thrive.
I’ve interviewed several experts in the field to share their expertise in helping our families build resilience.
Here are the nuts and bolts for the Summit:
The Summit is hosted in my community, the Coping Skills Hub.
The Summit will run from Monday, March 31, 2025, to Saturday, April 5, and will feature interviews with:
Dr. Chinwé Williams

A new interview will be available every day. You can watch it for free for 48 hours.
After that, the interview will be available in the Hub subscriber area.
